On August 24, 2023, the US Congressional Delegation of the Vietnam Private Sector Competitiveness Enhancement Project (USAID IPSC) was present in Can Tho City to learn, exchange, and survey Monitor and evaluate the competitiveness and development of women-owned SME businesses. The parliamentary delegation includes:

Mr. Timothy Ong - Chief Representative of USAID/Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh City

Mr. Alex Carnes – Majority Secretary, Senate Appropriations Committee, Subcommittee on State, Foreign Operations and Related Programs

Ong Tho Rice was honored to be one of five businesses selected to discuss and share with delegates about the efforts of businesses and the difficulties in agricultural activities for women-owned businesses as well as women. the effectiveness the project brings to businesses.
