1. THE BIRTH STORY OF ONG THO RICE PRODUCT - EN XUANOn December 12, 2012, the first rice bags under the Ong Tho Rice brand were born with the name "Delicious Tet Rice" using Cambodian Jasmine rice to package and supply to the market. However, as Vietnamese people, no one does not have national pride, so the search and market research on pure Vietnamese rice varieties is actively implemented by us. Year 2014 - ST20 is a rice variety that we appreciate and pursue because it meets the standards of delicious, beautiful and especially pure Vietnamese. After 2 years of farming and testing the market on shrimp farming land, "Ong Tho Rice - En Xuan" was born and replaced the delicious rice product during Tet season.
In 2016, the author began to widely cultivate ST24 and replaced the ST20 line, so En Xuan was also replaced by the ST24 variety. To ensure stable product quality over time, Ong Tho Rice continuously develops areas growing rice and shrimp 1 crop/year, rice 2 crops/year along the coast of Ca Mau peninsula continuously until today. . En Xuan rice is selected from the fragrant rice variety ST24, cultivated in coastal rice raw material areas to help the rice taste rich and firm in grain. The production farming process is controlled from land preparation, harvesting, milling and packaging to help prevent rice grains from being mixed. The aroma is increased thanks to ensuring the golden time for the rice to be dried in the oven, as well as modern drying technology that helps the starch inside the rice grain retain the inherent aroma of the specialty rice variety.
2. INSTRUCTION FOR USE:- Rinse gently with clean water
- Add water to the pot at the ratio of 1 rice: 1 & ¼ water or adjust according to taste (Note that adding a little salt will make the rice taste richer).
- When cooking rice, do not open the lid until it is cooked.
- When the rice is cooked, you should stir the rice before serving.
3. STORAGE:- Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight
- Expiry date: see on packaging.
- Do not use the product if it is moldy or has a strange smell (bad smell, sour smell...)
